I’m a licensed Loan Originator with Capital M Inc., a registered mortgage broker based in New York. My practice covers the full spectrum of home financing—purchase loans, refinances, cash-out, and home equity products across New York, New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.

The process was paper-heavy, opaque, and frustratingly slow for something that should be straightforward. That frustration became the seed of EquityPlus.
